Job summary

Toyota Inventory Planning Department seeks a Senior Analyst to generate demand forecasts and manage inventory for service parts and accessories globally. You will create and analyze inventory simulations, support improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data tools.
• 5+ years of Planning, SPO Supply Operations or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, KNIME or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and plan inventory for service parts across North America.
• Validate forecasting inputs and analyze lead times, forecast error, demand variability, and safety stock.
• Develop inventory simulations and assess impact of actions on business objectives.
• Support obsolescence root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Lead cross-functional projects and Kaizen improvements using TBP principles.
