Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Stock Worker and Receiver at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg. You will manage receiving, unloading, unpacking, stocking shelves, and placing orders, ensuring accurate records and safe storage.

You may work in stores, warehouses or stockrooms across sites. The role requires 2+ years as a lead or supervisor, potential forklift certification, and a team-oriented, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or supervisor experience or equivalent business experience.
• May require forklift operation certification.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Receive, organize and monitor all inventory
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas
• Utilize computerized account payable/purchasing system
• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
