Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior Inventory Control Manager for 1st shift to lead and develop the inventory control team, ensuring accurate records and compliant procedures.

You’ll supervise staff, reconcile discrepancies, and drive process improvements across facilities operations while coordinating work schedules and trainings to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, including supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Certifications such as APICS and/or CSCMP are a plus.
• Solid time management and analytical skills; attention to detail.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

5 years of experience in inventory control, including supervisory experience

Experience with Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

APICS and/or CSCMP certifications

Solid time management and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience

Self-motivated work style with excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
