Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Auburn, WA branch to lead daily cycle counts, adjust inventory, manage bin locations and optimize warehouse space. You will oversee shipments, write-offs, vendor returns, and KPI reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will work with Operations leaders to drive improvements, train staff, and maintain safe, compliant operations in a fast-growing wood-products environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and cycle counting.
• Ability to manage stock accuracy and write-offs.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily Cycle Counting process to ensure accuracy.
• Manage inventory write-offs, vendor returns, and bin locations.
• Lead continuous improvement and space optimization in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Ops and Warehouse Managers to resolve discrepancies.
