Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Operations / inventory / capacity planning evaluator on a contract basis to assess AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics and identify areas for improvement.

You will work remotely, applying deep subject-matter expertise in operations, inventory, and capacity planning, and provide clear, structured written feedback to help refine AI model outputs, with independent, asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep expertise in Operations, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality evaluations.
