Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. seeks a Lead Inventory Auditor to support the Operations Department by auditing stores regularly. The role counts merchandise, posts figures, and communicates results to the appropriate departments. The Lead Auditor oversees the audit process and mentors the Audit Assistant.

Responsibilities include scheduling audits, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring accurate data entry into accounting systems. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail or Auditing with outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient with Laptops/PCs, Hand Scanners, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Count all merchandise using audit equipment.
• Enter audit figures accurately into the accounting system at store level.
• Schedule audits and manage up to three-person crews.
• Communicate audit results to the Audit Supervisor and Audit Manager (and Store Analyst if needed).
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
