Job summary

Steele Brands Management LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced inventory planning professional to safeguard supply across two national brands. You will monitor on-hand inventory, forecast demand, and drive replenishment to avoid stockouts.

You will own distributor relationships, support menu launches and packaging changes, and build dashboards for leadership to view inventory risk in real time. Collaboration across Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, data validation, and large data sets.
  • Proven track record of proactive problem solving.
  • Strong communication; brief executives and walk distributors through issues.
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or Finance.

What You'll Do

Requirements


What You Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or supply chain analytics

  • Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, data validation, and comfort working with large data sets

  • A track record of spotting problems before they become problems, and following through until they're actually solved

  • Strong communication skills — you can walk a distributor through an issue and brief an executive on the same day

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience


Nice to have: restaurant, foodservice, CPG, retail, or multi-unit operations experience; experience with broadline distributors; familiarity with Restaurant365 or a similar ERP/inventory-planning system.
