Job summary

NHS Lothian is seeking a permanent, full-time Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist to join the Department of Clinical Neurosciences (DCN). You will deliver advanced INR procedures, including thrombectomy, and participate in on-call rotas.

Applicants must hold GMC registration and a licence to practise, and be eligible for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register; UK-trained candidates should have higher specialist training (CCT) or be within six months of admission.

Qualifications

• Must have GMC registration and a licence to practise.
• Eligible for inclusion in GMC Specialist Register.
• Post-CCT experience in INR with thrombectomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Interventional Neuroradiology services, including thrombectomy.
• Lead on-call duties as part of the INR remit.
• Contribute to departmental governance and training activities.
