Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Sr. Manager of Digital Product Management for Epic Aura to own all facets of the Aura product and integration. You will turn ambiguous products into well-run operations delivering value for customers and the business.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define the product vision and roadmaps, and partner with Epic and Aura teams to optimize experiences, journeys, data, and interoperability across ordering and results workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management with progressive responsibilities.
8+ years of experience in healthcare.
5+ years of experience in Agile ways of working and related product management.
3+ years of experience with client engagement and integrations.
5+ years utilizing design thinking.
Demonstrated experience in setting product vision and strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Systems; or equivalent job experiences.

Responsibilities

Strategic and delivery leader for Epic Aura integrations and supporting interoperability network solutions.
Set vision and develop strategy, define and deliver optimized client and partner experiences.
Partner with franchise on launch and enablement of new test products and specialized integrations.
Engage ordering client organizations to share vision and collect voice of the customer.
Partner with Epic and Aura teams on functionality, road mapping, and optimization.
Collaborate with the Business to confirm understanding of customer need and manage a roadmap.
Regularly collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer, industry trends, and competition.
Ensure competitive information on market penetration and product capabilities is maintained.
Understand Quest clients by leading research stakeholder feedback and journey mapping.
Translate vision into product roadmap and delivery; evangelize solutions.
Present product strategy and metrics to senior leadership to secure buy-in.
Own end-to-end digital and data journeys; inform UX and data flows.
Collaborates with business partners on the creation of business cases.
Accountable for backlog refinement of Epics and Features for Agile ARTs.
Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
Manage existing solutions and data; improve member satisfaction and risk arrangements.
Engage with Interoperability Vendor Management on strategic opportunities with Epic for Aura.
Mentor and guide digital product managers and analysts.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.
Act as a subject matter expert for Aura and specialized orders and results integrations.
