Job summary

ONE HIRING USA is seeking an experienced international tax professional to own sophisticated cross-border engagements and advise multinational clients on planning strategies that extend beyond compliance.

With approximately 80% of the role focused on advisory work, you will lead engagement teams, coordinate with Partners, and help clients navigate complex international tax matters while building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of public accounting experience with international tax exposure.
• Active CPA or EA credential.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
• Proven advisory experience in international tax planning and cross-border structures.
• Strong knowledge of GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits.
• Experience guiding engagements and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax planning and advise on cross-border structures.
• Own complex engagements from analysis through delivery.
• Guide technical calculations and review filings for GILTI/Subpart F.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
