Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or industry roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules with experience in multinational tax operations, tax provision and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the US international quarterly and year-end tax provision process and related workpapers.
• Assist US international tax compliance processes (e.g., 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 1118).
• Prepare tax memos and maintain audit-ready tax documentation and materials.
• Develop advanced tax modeling to project ETR and cash tax impacts for cross-border projects.
• Drive AI-first initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and translating tax needs into technical specs.
