Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or operational finance.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience with APA tools such as Alteryx or Savant.
• Strong proficiency with Word and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze large data and identify inconsistencies.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support decision-making.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams across international units.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools in Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
• Utilize analytics and automation tools (APA) to improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting quality and controls.
• Present findings to management and cross-functional partners.
• Support special projects across finance and international operations.
