Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Internal Trust and Protection Analyst to lead investigations, assess insider threats, and coordinate with law enforcement and global partners. The role focuses on mitigating risks while preserving employee trust and morale.
The candidate will develop policy, review procedures, and train teams in insider risk controls, data privacy, and security best practices across Micron’s global operations.

The Senior Internal Trust and Protection Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks posed by employees, contractors and others with access to sensitive information. This candidate will also help develop corporate strategy, review policy and procedures, evaluate insider risk control gaps, and develop training related to insider risk and intellectual property protection. This role acts as a subject matter expert throughout the entire insider risk lifecycle. It covers detection, triage, investigation, case adjudication, and mitigation. The position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. It also demands proficiency in industry-standard investigation methods and working with cross-functional teams to improve Micron’s security posture. You will balance robust security measures with maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring the preventive actions do not erode employee trust and morale!
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $178,000.00 - $303,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
