Job summary

UCSF Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) seeks an exceptional Senior Consultant to provide internal consulting services and expert project management for internal initiatives, especially large technology system implementations. The EST team partners with campus-wide leadership to drive strategic planning, process improvements, and Lean transformations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the management consulting field, theories, and models.
• Advanced knowledge of the consulting process to lead engagements from inception to conclusion.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, project planning, and implementation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach, facilitate, and influence at all client levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor budgets and resources.
• Engage with senior leaders to assess needs and recommend improvements.
• Apply change management practices to ensure adoption of solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and client discussions to drive alignment.
