The Carlyle Group is seeking a Senior Internal Sales Analyst to actively solicit investment product sales within an assigned geographic region, focusing on RIAs and Family Office relationships. You will support Client Relationship Managers, share sales ideas, present product information, and help pursue territory sales goals.
The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and Series 7 and 66 licenses.
The Senior Internal Sales Analyst’s role is to actively solicit new investment product sales within an assigned geographic region through RIAs and Multi & Single Family Office relationships. The position will aid Client Relationship Managers in pursuing territory sales goals by sharing sales ideas, providing product information, gathering marketing data, and offering sales support. It will also require meeting specific sales goals for the geographic region. Success will be tied to the overall region’s success as well as personal metrics. The analyst will cultivate and own relationships, cover specific RIAs or region parts as directed by the Client Relationship Manager, travel jointly with the CRM to meet clients and prospects, give presentations, conduct group meetings, and provide a leadership role within the internal sales team. Collaboration with the Sales Desk Manager will streamline efficiencies, mentor new employees, and support ad‑hoc projects. The analyst will also work with the sales team to give feedback and illustrate best practices.
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including the necessary skill sets, prior experience, training, licenses, and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000. In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits, and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
