Job summary

Google LLC in the United States is seeking an Internal and Executive Communications Manager to lead internal communications rhythms for key executives within Google's AI and Infrastructure Organization. You will craft communications strategies that engage engineers, product teams and leadership, and shape narratives around product milestones and leadership transitions.

You will partner across PR, Communications, Marketing and Product to ensure alignment and timely execution of communications for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 year of experience in public relations, media relations, or internal and executive communications with technology products or services.
• Experience writing for and working directly with CEOs, SVPs, or other executives.
• Experience working with technical or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit communications for key executives, including emails, talk tracks, speeches, and presentations.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for communicating to employees, taking into account the needs of different audiences.
• Plan the frequency and channels of communication and coordinate stakeholders across different areas of the business and the company.
• Interact with, and influence executives and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership styles.
• Cross-collaboration with internal and executive communication teams across multiple product areas to ensure alignment.
