Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, seeks an Events Specialist to plan and execute high-impact internal events and experiences in Chandler, AZ. You will partner with executives and stakeholders to align goals, messages, timelines, and budgets, ensuring polished, purposeful events.

You’ll manage logistics from venue sourcing to on-site execution, vendor negotiations, and post-event reviews, driving attendee engagement and program success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate events planning experience.
• Experience with conference planning, incentive travel, hotel and venue management, DMC partnerships.
• Strong attendee experience, run-of-show planning, and VIP logistics.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute internal events and experiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venues, AV, registration, travel, catering.
• Build budgets, track expenses, reconcile costs, and post-event reporting.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to capture insights and improvements.
• Create and manage registration pages and invitations.
