Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a Senior Analyst - Internal Controls to support the internal controls program, perform second-line reviews, test controls, and document findings. You will partner with Finance across the organization to identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and drive remediation.

The role emphasizes data analytics and automation to strengthen controls, in a fast-growing online gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating and testing controls and documenting findings with clear conclusions.
• Ability to identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external audit requests and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based second-line reviews of processes and controls with documentation of results.
• Identify risks and work with process owners to develop practical corrective actions and track progress.
• Recommend AI, automation, and data analytics to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and process narratives to ensure clear control ownership.
• Support control-related projects, system changes, and impact assessments on risks and controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests, gather evidence, and provide status updates.
