Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Analyst - Internal Controls to join our focused finance team. You will report to the Internal Controls Director and support the execution and development of the Internal Controls program, performing second-line reviews, evaluating evidence, and following up on corrective actions.

You will partner with stakeholders across Finance to identify control gaps and implement practical improvements using data analytics, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, external audit, risk assurance, or a related Finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, risk identification, control testing, and remediation.
• Experience with AI, automation, and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based second-line reviews of processes and controls with documentation of results.
• Identify risks, develop corrective actions, and track progress with process owners.
• Support configuration and use of AI, automation, and data analytics to strengthen controls.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, narratives, and control documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and provide evidence as needed.
