Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced Head of Internal Communications to lead strategy, planning, and execution that aligns employee messages with COUNTRY's mission and values. You will advise leaders, craft compelling multi-channel communications, and drive engagement across the organization.

You will evaluate effectiveness, guide continuous improvement, and mentor the communications team to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading internal and external communications teams and programs.
• Strong project management and consulting skills to translate priorities into plans.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across functions.
• Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent mix of education and training.

Responsibilities
