Argo, a Shared Services insurer, seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to execute ICFR/SOX and Model Audit Rule activities, evaluate risks, test controls, and perform financial, operational, and regulatory audits. You will communicate findings and monitor remediation within Internal Audit.

This is a 100% in-office role in Omaha, NE. The position requires five+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to lead audits and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in public accounting or internal audit.
• Demonstrated SOX/ICFR experience including scoping, walkthroughs, and remediation monitoring.
• Knowledge of COSO framework and risk assessment practices.
• Ability to lead audit workstreams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Execute and coordinate financial, operational, compliance, and integrated audits.
• Test controls for design and operating effectiveness and document work.
• Communicate engagement findings, conclusions, and required remediation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support governance reporting.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to strengthen risk assessments.
