Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, public accounting, or consulting.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 5-7+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to evaluate business processes, identify control weaknesses, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% annually, with occasional international travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes, inventory management, financial controls, and compliance across multiple business units.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, improve processes, and implement practical solutions.
• Build your expertise through varied audit engagements, advisory projects, and exposure to senior management.
• Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, assess risk, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Partner with process owners and management to communicate findings and develop actionable remediation plans.
• Prepare audit reports outlining conclusions, control effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in advisory reviews across various business functions and operational areas.
