A self-starter with a solid accounting foundation will plan and execute risk-based audits, assess COSO compliance, and drive process improvements.

You will mentor junior staff and partner with management at all levels. The role requires adapting to plant environments, using ERP tools, and applying data analytics to identify risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
• 4–6 years in internal audit or public accounting.
• CPA, CIA, or CFE preferred.
• GAAP, COSO, and internal audit standards knowledge.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics in audits.

Aufgaben

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs per IIA standards.
• Plan, lead, and execute complex financial and operational audits across sites.
• Test internal controls and COSO adequacy and effectiveness.
• Prepare clear audit observations with root-cause and recommendations.
• Present findings to process owners and senior management for action.
• Engage in special projects, plant setup, and SOD analysis.
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to enhance audit coverage.
• Mentor junior auditors on methodology and documentation.
• Coordinate audit activities with plants, divisions, and corporate functions.
