Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of related audit (internal and/or external), investigations, or compliance experience.
• CPA, CFE, CIA, and/or CISA certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, and executes operational, financial, and compliance audits with limited supervision.
• Prepares and maintains audit workpapers in accordance with IIA Standards and departmental policies.
• Develops risk-based audit programs, testing methodologies, and procedures to assess compliance.
• Documents business processes, risks, controls, and audit results with narratives and risk-control matrices.
• Presents audit results, risk assessments, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced audit staff and supports annual planning and continuous improvement.
