Eaton is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit team. The role can be based in Beachwood, Ohio or Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

The position carries a target annual salary of $86,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and market conditions. Responsibilities include executing risk-based audits, evaluating internal controls, supporting SOX and external auditor work, and advancing analytics and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits beyond 50 miles of work location.
• CISA, CISSP, CPA or related certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute integrated financial and operational audits using a risk-based methodology.
• Evaluate internal controls and business processes; communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support SOX compliance and external auditor reliance.
• Develop and execute data analytics and continuous-monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive remediation and process improvement.
