Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal or external auditing experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Apply internal audit methodology concepts in audit delivery, execution, and documentation.
• Evaluate and determine the adequacy of internal controls by assessing business and technology risks holistically.
• Communicate complex audit findings clearly and persuasively through strong written and verbal skills.
• Organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets using Excel to support audit conclusions.
• Influence and build credibility with senior partners while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, evaluate controls, draft reports and verify issue closure in Home Lending and Auto audits.
• Collaborate with global Audit colleagues and business stakeholders on risk issues.
• Protect confidentiality of Internal Audit communications per firm policy.
• Develop and present audit findings and recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Maintain independence while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Pursue self-development and stretch assignments for career growth.
