Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Associate Auditor to join the Internal Audit team focused on Commercial Investment Banking technology controls.

You will plan, execute, and document audits, collaborate globally, and strengthen internal controls. You will participate in technology audit engagements, report findings to senior management, and drive improvements while staying current with industry and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (or relevant experience).
• Extensive internal or external technology auditing experience, or relevant technology risk and control management experience.
• Understanding of internal control concepts and integrated risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess probability and impact of control weaknesses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior management.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to multitask under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate on technology audit engagements from planning to reporting and deliver quality outputs.
• Identify emerging control issues with global Audit colleagues and report promptly to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, control groups, external auditors, and regulators to maintain independence.
• Finalize findings and develop recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Communicate audit findings to management and identify opportunities for design improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and participate in control forums.
• Drive efficiency with existing tech infrastructure through automation and innovation.
• Protect confidentiality and security of information per firm policy.
