Job summary

Payoneer is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Senior Manager to lead risk-based audits across financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance areas. You will partner with senior leadership, oversee audit projects, and ensure adherence to professional standards while driving remediation actions and improvements.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in internal audit, a BA in a relevant field, and strong English communication, with CPA/CIA and Big 4 experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of internal audit related experience; banking/financial sector desirable.
• BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral English, strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audits across financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance areas.
• Develop audit scope and detailed audit plans, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional audits, monitor remediation, and ensure II A standards are met.
