Job summary

BDO International Limited is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Risk Advisory to help organizations navigate complex risks and ensure alignment with goals. This role requires a master's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Internal Audit.

The successful candidate will lead internal audits, optimize clients' control frameworks, manage projects, and mentor junior members, all while ensuring high-quality delivery and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or External Audit.
• Familiarity with internal audit standards (IIA) and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
• Excellent command of Dutch or French and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute & report on risk-based internal audits.
• Support clients in optimizing internal control frameworks.
• Take responsibility for project quality and team performance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with transparency.
