Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is seeking a senior internal audit leader to direct the financial and operational components of the annual audit plan. You will oversee multiple audit projects, supervise staff, and ensure quality across deliverables.

You will lead risk assessments, advance AI-enabled audit tools, present to executives, and coordinate with ERM, Compliance, and Information Security to strengthen risk management and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Expert knowledge of operational audit disciplines including risk assessments, financial, compliance, and operational process audits.
• Expert knowledge of IIA Standards, COSO framework, and GRC concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of supervising integrated operational/IT audits.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills including executive/board presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of the financial/operational portion of the annual internal audit plan.
• Manage audit staff to ensure methodology and documentation standards.
• Oversee use of the automated audit platform and deploy AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate with ERM, Compliance, and Information Security.
• Provide executive-level presentations and risk assessments to leadership.
