Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Chicago to lead end-to-end audit engagements across the Americas, focusing on Wells Enterprise and related processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate diverse, cross-functional projects.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with Ferrero GIA methodology and IIA Standards, and interact with senior stakeholders while traveling internationally up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent; relevant certifications welcomed.
• 7+ years of internal audit or risk advisory experience, preferably within Big 4 or multinational CPG/manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end moderately complex audit reviews and advisory projects across factories, business units, and third parties.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk-based audit plans.
• Manage, review, and execute audit fieldwork, testing, and documentation per Ferrero GIA methodology and IIA Standards.
• Prepare and review clear audit reports with root-cause analyses and practical recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders and maintain independence and objectivity.
• Oversee junior team members and report to the Area Internal Audit Supervisor NAM.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit Team.
