Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield, located in Chicago, seeks an Internal Audit Senior Associate. The role supports the internal audit plan, conducts audits, and provides advisory reviews to strengthen controls across financial, operational, and compliance domains.

The successful candidate will build cross-functional relationships, leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools, and advance within Internal Audit toward higher responsibilities within 2–3 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IS, or business; CPA/CIA preferred.
• 2–3+ years external/internal auditing experience with a public or private firm.
• Knowledge of IIA standards and data analytics in audit work.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the annual audit plan and engagements.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and testing procedures.
• Conduct data analytics to identify trends and control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit workpapers and draft reports for leadership.
