Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop initial design concepts through full volume production.
• Establish and manage development timeline for life of project.
• Validate virtual designs using CAE and physical validation via component, system, and vehicle level testing.

Skills

Experience in setting and assessing customer (internal/external) level requirements

Experience in constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R

Experience with defining functional objectives and constructing DFMEA

Experience with NX, Team Center, and change management processes

Passion for vehicles and the ability to assess full vehicle performance characteristics

Ability to construct work plans to resolve issues

Ability to lead large teams
