Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Interior Project Manager in Gaithersburg to oversee multiple commercial and healthcare interior fit-out projects from preconstruction through completion. You will own client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, review change orders, and coordinate with design teams, field staff, and subcontractors.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in commercial interiors, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing office interiors, tenant improvements, or healthcare projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently across delivery phases.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously through all phases of delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead projects from conception through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide regular updates.
• Review, negotiate, and approve change orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Assistant Project Managers, Project Accountants, field teams, and subs.
• Monitor project financial performance, schedules, procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately within Procore and systems.
• Work with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
