Job summary

Interior Talent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to lead multi-family interior design projects from concept through completion.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with architects and consultants, and translate client goals into functional, durable spaces in Camden, NJ. This full-time in-office role includes one remote day, a chance to shape interiors, manage schedules and budgets, and push design excellence across a growing practice committed to community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ten or more years’ experience working in multiple sectors including multi-family housing, hospitality, life science, retail, schools and office.
• Proficient in CAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and other design software.
• Interior Design Licensure NCIDQ (Preferred), but not required.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, space planning, furniture fabrication methodologies, color, finishes, and staging.
• Up to date with industry trends and best practices, emerging design trends, technologies, and materials.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and maintain effective communication and quality control.
• Ability to develop and document design and technical solutions for projects in all phases.
• Understanding of building, ADA, construction standards, and other regulatory requirements.
