Job summary

Elms Interior Design, LLC in Boston seeks an Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead residential projects from concept through installation while supporting all phases of the design process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential interior design projects from concept through installation.
• Assist in development of design concepts, furniture, lighting, color palettes and materials.
• Prepare construction and design drawing sets.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, proposals, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Manage procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules.
• Oversee project installations and construction administration.
