You will collaborate closely with the Principal and design team, supervise junior designers, and ensure meticulous design execution, on-time scheduling, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, strong communication, and a refined aesthetic, with a track record of delivering luxury interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 5+ years of professional high-end residential experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, Word, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential interior design projects from concept to installation.
• Mentor and supervise design team members.
• Contribute to design concepts, furniture, lighting, colors, and materials.
• Prepare and coordinate construction and design drawing sets.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, proposals, and PO's.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules.
• Manage construction administration and installations.

Job Requirements
