Qualifikationen

• Professional interior design experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.
• Strong portfolio showing design sensibility and technical capabilities.
• Experience with FF&E, custom furniture, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Leadership opportunities available for intermediate to project leadership roles.

Aufgaben

• Design luxury hospitality and branded residential interiors.
• Develop design concepts, material palettes, FF&E selections, and client presentations.
• Produce space plans, custom millwork details, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors throughout project delivery.
• Take ownership of project deliverables and contribute to the creative direction of projects.
