SMMA in Cambridge, MA is seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer to join a collaborative team of storytellers and designers. You will lead design efforts, coordinate with project teams, and engage clients throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of corporate interiors or life sciences experience, a professional degree in interior design, NCIDQ or equivalent licensure, and strong proficiency in Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years: preferred experience in corporate interiors, education, and life sciences project roles.
• Professional degree from a CIDA-accredited interior design program.
• NCIDQ certification or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts, design direction and client engagement.
• Coordinate with project teams and design directors on planning, coordinating, and administering projects.
• Manage client relationships and ensure positive outcomes with potential for additional business.
