The Interiors team in the St. Louis Office is seeking a candidate for a Senior Interior Designer position with 8-10 years’ experience, particularly in the healthcare and higher education markets, starting immediately. The team specializes in collaborating with clients to develop innovative, evidence-based environments to inspire and meet our clients’ needs.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative and appropriate design solutions on healthcare and higher education projects, creating overall design concepts from inception to completion, including research, development of project presentations for client and business development opportunities, providing finish material selection/specifications, construction documents through construction administration. Provide mentorship and creative direction to the design team. Having multiple roles contributing as a member of a larger design team and at other times, acting as the primary design interface with clients and consultants. Additional required skills are collaboration with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach, advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Revit360, and Enscape are necessary. Most project work is very technical and detail-oriented in nature. Must work around multiple deadlines with quick turnaround times. Open to potential travel depending on team or client’s needs.
