Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant interior design, space planning, or technical project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with CADD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with document control and project documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with facility personnel, end users, and multidisciplinary project teams

Responsibilities

• Support interior design and space planning activities within an active healthcare environment
• Coordinate with facility personnel and end users to identify functional and space requirements
• Conduct user interviews and assist with evaluating functional adjacencies
• Evaluate existing spaces for compatibility with organizational and operational needs
• Develop recommendations for new or modified space requirements
• Support furniture planning, procurement, and installation activities
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, furniture plans, and related records
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, facilities personnel, vendors, and other project stakeholders
• Utilize CADD and other applicable software to support space planning and project documentation
