Now, you could be part of this highly acclaimed team. urban have been appointed to recruit a Senior Designer to lead high-end projects across luxury residential, hospitality, and restaurant interior spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee design projects from concept through completion
• Lead client presentations, drawing sets, and coordination with contractors
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple luxurious large-scale interiors
• Mentor junior staff and lead small design teams, overseeing design implementation and identifying opportunities for development
• Collaborate with artisans and artists on bespoke and custom works
• Lead design development, drawing and documentation of projects during the design as well as management of the scope, schedule and budget during construction. This includes coordination with clients, contractors and fabricators
• Oversee submission of budgets and drawing sets, including but not limited to, specifications, technical production and basic code knowledge

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 8 years experience with a stellar Interior Design / Architecture education and background
• Ability to contribute creative concepts, and be the design lead for teams putting numerous projects together
• Proven background in luxury large scale interior projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and full design documentation
• CA experience (permitting, RFIs, consultant coordination)
• Confident communicator with refined design sensibility
• Willingness to travel (domestic + international)
