Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional interior design experience.
• Direct hospitality or hotel design experience required.
• Experience preparing brand specification packages and submittals for Marriott and/or Hilton properties.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Ability to produce tagged plans, finish schedules, and construction documents.
• Experience developing FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and specification books.
• Experience managing the hotel brand approval process from start to finish.
• Ability to travel to project sites for installation oversight.

Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the interior design process for hospitality renovation and development projects from concept through installation. This role will work closely with our external architects, project managers, procurement team, and vendors to deliver designs that meet project goals and hotel brand standards.

Required Qualifications
