Job summary

Building Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized architecture, interiors, and planning firm to fill a Senior Interior Architect role in San Francisco.

You will guide design and technical teams from concept through construction, coordinate consultants, oversee documentation and permitting, and lead construction administration to preserve the design intent on complex workplace projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional architectural and planning experience.
• Track record leading medium- to large-scale projects through all phases, including construction administration.
• Technical depth on complex renovation projects.
• Interior architecture experience, ideally workplace.
• Experience permitting projects with local building authorities and strong knowledge of local codes.
• Advanced Revit skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and architectural licensure (LEED AP a plus).

Responsibilities
