Job summary

Tryba Architects in Denver seeks a Senior Interior Architect with 10+ years in workplace, hospitality, and commercial interiors. Lead projects from concept through construction, coordinating clients, consultants, and teams while balancing design excellence with delivery.

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is required; Enscape and other visualization tools are preferred. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to guide junior staff and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of professional experience in workplace, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial interiors.
• Strong design sensibility with demonstrated experience leading complex interior architecture projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM workflows and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior architecture projects through all phases, from programming and concept design through construction administration and installation.
• Develop workplace environments grounded in client culture, wellness, flexibility, and connection to place.
• Lead client presentations, workshops, and coordination meetings.
• Develop furnishings, fixtures, and materials specifications.
• Research, select, and detail products for client approval.
• Apply critical design thinking and architectural knowledge throughout the process.
• Guide and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
