Job summary

Verderame Cale architecture in New York City is seeking a self-motivated Senior Interior Architect/Designer with a minimum of 10 years of related professional experience, preferably in high-end corporate interiors. You will work closely with Principals and the design team to plan, design, and prepare construction sets and client presentations that meet project aesthetics.

The role requires proficiency in CAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office, with Bluebeam, Revit, and SketchUp a bonus.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years of related professional experience, preferably related to corporate interiors.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in English; ability to present and incorporate client feedback.
• Experience with design development, FF&E, space planning and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and prepare design documents & client presentation materials.
• Develop finish packages and space planning for projects.
• Coordinate with Principals and interiors/architectural teams.
• Source furniture and finishes with vendors; manage product selection.
• Meet with vendor reps and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
