Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a Senior Interface Analyst to join the MMIS team, driving large-scale interface projects in Medicaid/healthcare. You will manage interface operations, data migration, and SDLC improvements, engaging with business and technical stakeholders across end-to-end lifecycle stages.

The role requires independent work style with strong communication and documentation skills, focusing on data accuracy and secure data exchanges with payers and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level discipline in business, IT or healthcare admin or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience with interface design, data structures and healthcare data exchanges.
Proficient in SOAP/REST web services, XML, and data exchange protocols.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams, partners, and vendors to gather and validate interface requirements.
Design and maintain interface schemas, file specifications and web service contracts (SOAP/REST, FHIR).
Coordinate UAT and end-to-end testing for interfaces and web services.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SFTP connections and data transfers; ensure HIPAA compliance.
