Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) at Point Mugu seeks a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist to lead the Integrated EW T&E Branch.

You will manage funding, resources, and staff, guide performance and development plans, and coordinate with branch leadership and stakeholders to ensure Test and Evaluation needs are met while mentoring engineers in the Engineer and Scientist Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage all funding, resources, and employees assigned by the Branch Head.
• Plan and evaluate assigned employee performance plans and individual development plans.
• Ensure branch productivity through effective employee performance feedback, communication, guidance, and succession planning for assigned employees.
• Interact with Branch Head, 5K Department leadership, and program stakeholders to ensure Test and Evaluation resource needs are met for their assigned employees.
• Direct the Engineer and Scientist Development Program (ESDP) engineers, providing oversight, guidance, leadership, and training.
