• Develop significant recommendations for advancing programs and/or methods.
• Execute significant projects representing an important segment of the agency’s operating programs.
• Evaluate new technology, strategies, trends, or applications and assess their value and applicability.
• Collaborate in formulating new standards, applications, concepts, or theories.
• Address issues extending beyond a single specialty area; other duties as assigned.
