Job description

• Lead and support large-load interconnection studies for high-MW facilities, including feasibility, system impact, and deliverability assessments across multiple U.S. power markets.
• Perform steady-state, short-circuit, and stability analysis using industry-standard tools like PSSE, PowerWorld, TARA, PSCAD and prepare technically defensible study deliverables.
• Manage ISO/RTO and utility coordination through the full interconnection lifecycle, including application submission, study review, data validation, and milestone tracking.
• Develop and validate dynamic and steady-state models for complex load configurations and ensure compliance with regional planning criteria and grid codes.
• Translate study results into actionable transmission or interconnection solutions, including identification of network upgrades, risk mitigation strategies, and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, development, and commercial teams to support site selection, interconnection strategy, and long-term grid integration planning.

Requirements
